External Counsel to Manitoba Hydro in negotiating comprehensive settlement agreements with numerous First Nations and most recently in negotiating a partnership and development agreement with First Nations for the development of two new hydro-electric generating facilities: the 695-megawatt Keeyask project, currently in the environmental assessment stage, valued at $5.6 billion and the 200-megawatt Wuskwatim project, currently under construction, valued at $1.3 billion.
