Legal Assistants - Full Time
Full time legal assistants required to provide support in a team concept. Applicants must be a graduate of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant program, possess a high degree of accuracy, as well as possess strong grammatical, spelling and keyboard skills. Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Designated Admin. Support - Full Time
Applicants for this newly created position will provide daily Reception relief; back-up support to Library and Law Clerk positions and other administrative support as required. Duties will include, but not limited to: answering phones, greeting clients, booking meeting rooms, providing vacation relief to Library and filing legal documents with all levels of court. Must possess a high degree of confidence. Office experience in a professional environment required.
Administrative Clerk - Full Time
Entry level position (9:30 am - 5:30 pm) for energetic individual to provide administrative support in an efficient and effective manner. You must be self-motivated, take initiative and be adaptable to change. Duties include ordering and stocking supplies (must be able to lift items as heavy as 50 lbs); provide assistance and relief coverage to Switchboard, Host/Hostess and Mailroom positions, as required.
To be successful in any of the above roles, you must be extremely flexible, with the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, with a mature, positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast paced, professional environment. You must also possess the ability to prioritize, multi-task, have superior organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and time management skills are a must.
