External Counsel supporting Manitoba Hydro in the negotiation of settlement agreements with numerous First Nations and more recently as external counsel supporting Manitoba Hydro in the environmental review and licensing processes as well as the negotiation and finalization of project development agreements, limited partnerships and adverse effect (impact) agreements with First Nations for the development of two new hydro-electric generating facilities: the 695-megawatt Keeyask project, currently under construction, valued more than $5.5 billion and the 200-megawatt Wuskwatim project, which is now in service, valued more than $1 billion.
