Glasshouse, an exciting new condominium development located across from the MTS Centre
at 309 Hargrave Street in Winnipeg. Glasshouse is a 21 storey development featuring modern lofts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and exciting new amenities. Doug worked on the acquisition of the land, the preparation of the condominium documents, financing of the project and construction. Glasshouse is scheduled to be completed in the near future with occupancy starting in August, 2016.
