CAFA is a national, not-for-profit, professional organization dedicated to assisting farm families and businesses by increasing the skills and knowledge of farm advisors and consultants.
Peter Glowacki practises primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and estates law, including all aspects of trust estate planning, administration and litigation. This includes the planning, preparation and ongoing advice to settlors, trustees and beneficiaries pertaining to all aspects of the administration of inter-vivos, settlement, off-shore and testamentary trusts. In addition, he is actively involved in charity and not-for-profit law and also corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and financing, and commercial real estate transactions. Peter has had a lengthy connection with the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, including acting as the Co-chair of the Wills, Estates and Trusts Section of the MBA, executive member and past-Secretary of the National Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section, as well as being an elected council member of the MBA.
