DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Mark’s responsibilities and primary functions include managing the Marketing Department and the TDS brand, developing client relationship management programs, marketing and business development planning and strategy, and professional development. Other duties include marketing budget management and relationship development with professional services firms, referral sources and business partners. Mark also serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Acumen Corporate Development Inc.

Mark is on the TDS Marketing Committee, the Board of Directors of the Canadian AgriMarketing Association (CAMA), and is a volunteer member of the Selection Committee for the 2012 Manitoba Business Awards and is a Lead Champion for Yes! Winnipeg.

Mark is a member of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, the Legal Marketing Association, the Canadian Agri-Marketing Association and the Manitoba Institute of Agrologists. In January, 2012 Mark was appointed the Regional Vice Chair (North America) of the Lex Mundi Marketing Committee. Lex Mundi is the world’s foremost association of independent law firms, representing 160 member firms from every Canadian province, every state in the United States and 100 other countries throughout the world.  TDS is a founding member of Lex Mundi and the exclusive member firm for Manitoba, Canada.
