Jamie A. Kagan

Jamie’s practice is focused in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance related matters. He has particular experience in the prosecution and defence of personal injury and disability claims. He also practices in the area of criminal law with a significant emphasis on regulatory and workplace safety and health. Jamie also assists outside counsel with the conduct of trial and appellate advocacy.
