Jeff Kowall

Jeff practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on commercial aspects of mining project development from the due diligence phase, through the negotiation and drafting of letters of intent, option agreements and joint venture agreements. Jeff has acted on behalf of mining operators and for lenders in connection with project financing, including the negotiation and drafting of financing agreements and related security agreements. Also conducts a sports law practice with a particular focus on providing advice to professional hockey players as a certified agent with the National Hockey League Players Association
