Lynda Troup

Lynda’s practice is focused in the area of civil and commercial litigation and administrative law. Lynda has experience in dealing with legal issues in a broad range of subjects including contractual disputes, negligence cases, construction litigation, debtor/creditor litigation, trust litigation and employment law matters. Lynda has also provided procedural advice to various administrative bodies. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Manitoba, the Federal Court of Canada and before various administrative tribunals.
