Melissa Beaumont

Melissa’s practice is broadly based in the areas of commercial and corporate law, real estate transactions, labour and employment law, and civil litigation.

Melissa spent the summers of 2006 and 2007 as a summer student with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP. She returned in June, 2008 as an articling student-at-law and as an associate in June, 2009.

Achievements

During law school, Melissa was awarded the highest standing in the International Business Law and Legal Profession & Professional Responsibility classes. She was also a Pitblado Scholar for the 2006-2007 year. Melissa also participated as an executive member of the Manitoba Students Business Law Group.
