Michael Guthrie

Mike’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, commercial real estate transactions including sales, purchases, mortgage financing, and Condominium Law. Mike also assists many organizations, profit and non profit, corporate and non corporate with governance issues.
