Peter Glowacki


Peter Glowacki practises primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and estates law, including all aspects of estate planning, administration and litigation. In addition, he is actively involved in charity and not-for-profit law and also corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and financing, and commercial real estate transactions.

Peter acts as counsel to The Winnipeg Foundation, the oldest and second largest community foundation in Canada.

Peter has represented both beneficiaries and executors and trustees in all aspects of litigation pertaining to the administration of estates and trusts

Publications and Presentations

In February 2009 Peter presented to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners at the Fairmont Hotel. The presentation was titled So you've been asked to be an Executor: What you don't know can hurt you . A copy of this presentation can be downloaded from the TDS Resource Centre.
