Renée G. Lemieux Howard

Renée spent the summers of 2005 and 2006 as a summer student with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP. She returned in the spring of 2007 as an Articling Student-at-Law and became an Associate in June 2008.

Renée’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, real estate transactions, as well as corporate organization and restructuring.

Renée also practices in other areas including family law and wills and estates law.
