Rob Olson
Rob’s practice is focused in the areas of labour and employment, health law, and civil litigation. He acts as counsel and provides advice on employment and labour relations matters, terminations and wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals. Rob also advocates on behalf of clients on all aspects of Court of Queen’s Bench litigation matters, and is experienced with Court proceedings in addition to various alternative dispute resolution matters. He has also appeared before numerous administrative tribunals and Government Inquests.
