Bruce is the senior partner of the firm and has been practising commercial law in Winnipeg for over 50 years. His practice is focused principally on securities and the financing of corporations and limited partnerships, as well as of provincial and civic issuers.
Michael Sinclair has a broadly based experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law. For the past several years, the emphasis of his practice has been on mergers and acquisitions and private and public financings. Mr. Sinclair served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 1990 through to 2007.

Bob has a diverse business law practice, focusing on commercial real estate, real estate development, commercial leasing, municipal law, zoning, property assessment, administrative law and general commercial litigation. Over the past 20 years he has developed considerable expertise in natural resource development and Indigenous law, particularly consultation and negotiations with First Nations and Indigenous communities and groups.

Robert Johnston, Q.C. has over 40 years of experience dealing primarily with divorce and matrimonial property. He has been Lawyer of Record in over 200 reported decisions at all levels of court from Trial, to Appeal, to the Supreme Court of Canada.
