Barry’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. He advises Canadian and foreign corporations, investors and underwriters on private and public company matters and on all aspects of Canadian securities regulation. Barry also practices extensively in the mergers and acquisitions area and has been involved as counsel on a number of significant transactions in the domestic and international markets. In addition, Barry maintains a general corporate and commercial practice and advises on all types of transactions in those areas.
