REPRESENTATIVE CASES/TRANSACTIONS: One of the lead counsel on behalf of former students of Indian Residential Schools in the class action settlement with the Government of Canada and National Churches.

ACHIEVEMENTS: Bill has been selected by his peers to be included in the 2010 and 2011 Edition of Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in Aboriginal Law.
