Gordon McKinnon practises civil litigation and administrative law. His litigation experience is in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. His administrative law practice is related to workers’ compensation and professional discipline. Mr. McKinnon acts as external counsel and litigation counsel to a number of Crown agencies and departments.

REPRESENTATIVE CASES/TRANSACTIONS: Litigation counsel to the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba.
Acts as General Counsel to Red River Valley Mutual Insurance Company, the third largest property and casualty insurer in Manitoba.
Acts as counsel to the Discipline Committee of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
Acts as litigation counsel to several government agencies and departments.
Acts as counsel to the Department of Family Services and Labour in connection with a major public inquiry.
