Karolina is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, receiving her B.A. in Political Science in 2007, as well as the University of British Colombia, where she completed her Juris Doctor of law in 2011. Called to the Bar in June, 2012, Karolina practices in Winnipeg as an associate with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, primarily in the areas of tax, commercial and general litigation matters.

Karolina participated in an anti-bullying initiative while studying in British Columbia. Her paper, titled “Workplace Bullying: A Legal Reform,” which examined different legislative means to address workplace bullying in B.C., was presented at the February, 2011 British Columbia Continuing Legal Education Seminar.

Karolina is a member of the Canadian and Manitoba Bar Associations.
