Lexpert®, Canada’s leading source of news and information about the business of law, has recognized Adrian B. Frost as another TDS Rising Star. Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP congratulates Adrian  on being named one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 in Canada. Adrian is a partner who shines in our Labour & Employment Practice Group, providing advice on all aspects of employment and collective bargaining relationships. He frequently represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations, labour board proceedings, grievance arbitrations and human rights proceedings.

Donald Douglas,  CEO and Managing Partner of TDS Law says, “We have always recognized that TDS has some of the most talented leading lawyers in Canada and this is again confirmed by Lexpert, a nationally respected organization in the legal profession.”

This marks the sixth time a TDS lawyer has received this accolade in recent years. Keith D. LaBossiere was recognized in 2007, Leilani J. Kagan in 2008 and Shane I. Perlmutter in 2009. Mr. Perlmutter was appointed a judge of the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench in 2011.  Lisa J. Stiver received the award in 2011, and Elmer J. Gomes in 2012.

The Lexpert Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 will be featured in the November/December issue of Lexpert magazine.
