The property includes Wilson House, a 118-year-old building that once served as a base of operations for Klinic Community Health Centre. The proposed development is planned to be constructed to the west of the house, and includes a four-storey, 21-unit residential apartment complex, as well as the new base of operations for Rainbow Resource Centre.
Rainbow Resource Centre offers support to the 2SLGBTQ+ community in the form of counselling, education, and programming for individuals ranging from children through to 55±. It also supports families, friends, and employers of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals.
