The sale of The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (Sheraton Centre), for $335 million was completed on October 17, 2017. Located in Toronto’s financial district, across from City Hall, this is the city’s largest convention hotel. It is a four-star hotel with 1,372 guest rooms. Marriott will continue to operate the hotel.
