For the last 4 years, TDS lawyer Albina Moran has acted for The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation with respect to the development of Bridgwater Forest (also known as Waverly West) situate in the south-west area of Winnipeg. Bridgwater Forest is one of the largest residential subdivisions in the history of Winnipeg. It will have an estimated 12,000 to 13,000 homes (single- and multi-family units) and 40,000 residents when fully developed. The development is scheduled to be completed by 2022.
