TDS CEO and Managing Partner Keith LaBossiere, K.C., will be speaking at the Centre For Labour-Management Development (Canada) Inc.'s 29th Annual Manitoba Labour Law Review, taking place on October 18 - 19, 2023, at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg.
This annual event provides an opportunity for Manitoba unions and employers to catch up on new developments in labour law and their impact on the unionized workplace. The event will also be livestreamed. Registrants can choose to attend the live conference in person or watch a livestream of the conference with playback option that includes the virtual binder in PDF format.
Keith, along with Dayna Steinfeld, Union Counsel with RavenLaw, will be providing an Accommodation Update on Thursday, October 19, from 8:30-12:00 noon, to review important new accommodation cases from across Canada that offer valuable takeaways for unions and employers handling accommodation cases.
