TDS IP lawyers Kendall Dyck and Shoshanna Paul will be participating in the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business' (CCAB) Indigenous Intellectual Property roundtable taking place on November 8, 2023, at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. 

The CCAB roundtable will bring together Indigenous business owners, government officials, and IP experts to address challenges in IP protection and explore solutions. Topics include recognizing and safeguarding Indigenous knowledge, IP challenges faced by Indigenous communities, and economic development opportunities. Participants will engage in discussions, education, and networking to build strategies empowering Indigenous entrepreneurs in protecting their IP.
