TOPIC: COVID-19 Vaccinations: Workplace & Employee Considerations – Labour, Employment and Privacy Law

As COVID-19 vaccines are beginning to be rolled out across the country, a panel of lawyers from TDS’ labour & employment practice group will discuss the developing legal considerations and potential implications in the workplace.  Should your organization have a policy for testing and vaccination?  What are an employer’s rights and obligations in this regard? While this is still a rapidly developing area of law, TDS lawyers will reference decisions coming out of other jurisdictions and possible approaches employers can consider (or should avoid), based on the information currently available.  This session will be interactive and questions will be encouraged.
