Patrick O’Connor has been delivering excellence and thought innovation in the financial services and planning industry for over 35 years. A seasoned planning professional, Patrick’s passion for helping enterprising families can be traced back to his early career in corporate roles with London Life working with business owners and their families. He became frustrated with the traditional industry approach which focused on tactical solutions before obtaining clarity around the vision and values that Patrick thought should drive sound decisions.

Dr. Moira Somers is a neuropsychologist, family wealth consultant, behavioural strategist and executive coach. She specializes in the psychology of money. In her work, Moira addresses matters that range from the highly personal concerns of executives and business-owning families all the way up to behaviourally informed product design. Although Canada is her home, her client base is international.
Business-owning families work with Moira to assist in transitions of all kinds. She leads retreats for family assemblies and consults to family offices on topics that include adaptation to wealth, Next Gen leadership development, and best practices in dementia-proofing.
