Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS) Lawyer Melissa Beaumont will be speaking at the Manitoba Bar Association's joint Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) / Labour & Employment Law Section presentation The Remote Workplace – Legal & Practical Considerations, taking place Monday, April 10, 2023, at TDS' head office and online via Zoom video conference.

The pandemic has changed when and where we work. This presentation will explore some of the legal issues to be considered when dealing with remote workers from the management perspective; employee perspective; as well as practical issues to consider from an in-house counsel perspective.
