TDS lawyer Jarrod Sundmark will be instructing the Winnipeg Construction Association course “Stat Decs & Holdbacks – Tips and Traps” on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.

What is a statutory declaration and do you want one?  Should you give one?  What does this entail?  This session will also discuss the holdback requirements under the Manitoba Builders’ Liens Act and other payment considerations for projects.  Learn about how to get paid and minimize payment disputes.
