TDS lawyer Jennifer Hanson will be instructing the Winnipeg Construction Association course “Working with Municipalities on Construction Projects” on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
This seminar will provide you with a guide to establishing productive partnerships with municipalities. You will gain insight into the key aspects of successfully working with local governments, regulatory bodies and community stakeholders. You’ll also learn how to navigate the intricacies of construction projects within the municipal context by looking at municipal by-laws, permits, and municipal applications (subdivision, rezoning and variances) to working with public work managers, development officers, Chief Administrative Officers and elected officials.
