Alex is a labour and employment lawyer at TDS.
Alex’s practice is focused in the areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. He primarily provides advice to employers and employees on employment contracts, employee manuals, collective agreement administration, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, and human rights issues.
Alex joined TDS as an articling student in 2015 and became an associate lawyer in 2016.
Alex is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), which is the leading management side labour and employment lawyers organization in Canada.
