Amber is experienced in corporate and tax law, having worked in the field since 2003. She assists with the preparation of documents related to various transactions, including, but not limited to, professional corporations, reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to tax and commercial planning. She also prepares documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers, estate freezes, corporate maintenance, and various other share transactions.
