Andrew is a partner with TDS whose practice is concentrated in the area of general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on securities. He has handled a wide range of offerings, from small private placements to sub-sovereign issues in international capital markets. Much of Andrew’s commercial practice focuses on the manufacturing sector, with emphasis on the aerospace and farm equipment industries.

Andrew frequently acts as Manitoba counsel for law firms and businesses located in other jurisdictions, giving legal opinions on a wide range of provincial matters related to securities offerings, as well as those related to Manitoba limited partnerships and large secured transactions.
