Bradley’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of securities law and corporate and commercial law. Bradley uses he/him pronouns.
Bradley is a partner with TDS whose practice is focused primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial and securities law. Brad has experience in advising privately-held and publicly traded corporations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses, public and private offerings, takeover bids, shareholder disputes and corporate governance. In addition, Brad has extensive experience advising Canadian and foreign private equity and venture capital funds in connection with acquisitions, portfolio company corporate governance matters, and exit strategies. Brad regularly advises clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, ownership and sale of aircraft. He also advises lenders and borrowers across various industries on secured financing transactions.
Brad frequently acts as Manitoba counsel for clients located outside of Manitoba and is often consulted on the strategic use of Manitoba limited partnerships and in connection with issuing and trading securities in the Province.
Brad practised law in Toronto with Stikeman Elliott LLP until 2014 in the firm’s business and securities group. Brad continues to be a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
