Dominique obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba with a major in Political Studies. Dominique obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2023.
Prior to joining TDS, Dominique worked in Toronto as a summer student in Downtown Legal Services’ Refugee and Immigration Division. Dominique also worked as Professor Stephen Waddams’ research assistant in his first year of law school.
