Jamie is a partner at TDS with a practice focused on the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance-related matters. He is an active trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex matters before the trial and appellant courts. His practice has a significant emphasis on regulatory and workplace safety and health. Jamie also assists several First Nations communities as general legal counsel for all of their complex legal and governmental relationships.
Jamie’s emphasis is acting as a trusted advisor on legal matters to provide solutions to immediate problems and ensure long-term success. Providing guidance on systematic changes to achieve those results is always the primary goal.
