Jarrod is an associate lawyer at TDS.
Jarrod’s practice is focused in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on construction litigation and dispute resolution.
Jarrod was a summer student at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in 2018 and 2019, and returned as an articling student in 2020. Jarrod joined the firm as an associate in 2021.
Jarrod’s construction practice involves all aspects of construction law that can arise throughout the life cycle of a project. He provides advice to owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and others in the industry with respect to matters such as tendering and procurement, contract drafting and review, project management issues, contractual disputes, builders’ liens, payment disputes, and delay and deficiency claims. Jarrod is an regular presenter with the Winnipeg Construction Association on various construction law topics.
