Kristin Desrochers

Profile

Kristin is a Partner at TDS who received her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Manitoba in 2004. She articled in Portage la Prairie, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2005. She has spent her career practicing in Portage la Prairie, and the surrounding area.

Kristin practises primarily family law, including custody and support matters, property division, guardianship applications, adoptions, and child protection matters. With a focus on working collaboratively towards resolving matters, she also appears regularly in court. Although Kristin practises primarily family law, she is also able to serve clients in other areas of the law, including real estate, wills, and powers of attorney.

Kristin resides in Portage la Prairie with her husband and their three sons (making her a busy hockey/baseball/soccer Mom). She enjoys volunteering in the community. She is currently the Chair of the Board for the Portage Family Abuse Prevention Centre.
