Kristin practices primarily in the areas of labour, employment, and human rights law.
Kristin is an associate at TDS who practices primarily in the areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. She provides advice on all areas of the employment relationship, in both unionized and non-unionized contexts. This includes employment contracts, employee manuals, negotiation and administration of collective agreements, wrongful dismissal, grievance processing and arbitration, employment standards, and human rights issues.
Prior to joining TDS, Kristin summered and articled in Toronto at Canada’s largest labour and employment law firm.
