Laurie is experienced in corporate, tax and estates law, having worked in the area of law since 1986. She assists with the preparation of documents related to various transactions, including, but not limited to, estate administration; corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to tax and commercial planning. She also prepares documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers, estate freezes, corporate maintenance, various other share transactions and probate / estate planning related matters.
