Mark is part of the firm’s business leadership team and is head of the Business Development Department. Mark focuses on client retention, expansion of services, and developing new client relationships. Mark also serves in a professional development capacity, providing training and one-on-one coaching to partners and associates.
He is on the Board of Directors for the Legal Marketing Association (Canada) and previously served five-years as the Regional Vice Chair (North America) for the Lex Mundi Marketing and Business Development Committee.
Mark is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and he is a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Customer Experience (CX) Program at the University of North Dakota. Mark recently completed his Change Leader’s Certificate Program and Lean Yellowbelt Certification (Services).
