Melissa is a Partner at TDS who practices in the areas of business law, tax law and estate law.
Her practice is focused on corporate reorganizations, succession planning for family-owned businesses, mergers and acquisitions, unanimous shareholders’ agreements, sale of businesses and various related taxation issues associated therewith. Melissa works with a large number of owner managed businesses and helps to assist them as their business grows.
Her practice in includes assisting clients with their estate and incapacity planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers or Attorney and Trusts, as well as advising and assisting executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries through the administration of estate and trusts.
