Nik is an associate at TDS with a focus on corporate & commercial law, and immigration law.

Nik obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Panjab University, India. After immigrating to Canada, Nik obtained a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. Additionally, he completed his NCA examinations and received a Certificate of Qualification.

Nik was elected as the Department Representative of his law school in 2016. He was an executive member of Panjab University’s Moot Court Society and the Centre for Trade and Dispute Resolution, in addition to being the Student Coordinator for the Centre for Constitution and Public Policy. Nik was also a member of Panjab University’s street theatre group. He is an avid chess player and has played at the national level.

Nik is the Law Society of Manitoba’s Student Bencher.

Nik speaks fluently in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and can help clients in these languages.
