Profile

Reid is an associate with TDS practicing primarily in corporate and commercial law.  His practice consists of advising clients on a wide variety of commercial matters including corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate structuring, commercial real estate, leasing, and financing.

Reid also has experience in the areas of labour and employment law, tax law, as well as advisory and compliance work with charities and non-profit organizations.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Reid worked as a paramedic in rural communities throughout northern Manitoba and at a youth addictions unit at home in Winnipeg.
