Scott Hoeppner

Profile

For the first ten years of his career, Scott’s practice has focused primarily on the area of labour and employment law, providing advice on employment and labour relations matters, terminations, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals.

While continuing to provide services and advice in those areas, Scott has recently returned to the communities of Morden and Winkler, in order to permanently staff the TDS offices in those locations. As a result, Scott is practising more broadly, providing services and advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law; agribusiness and transition services, in addition to acting a local access point for clients who required any specialized services and advice available in the TDS Winnipeg office.

Scott spent the summer of 2006 as a summer student with TDS. He returned in the spring of 2007 as an Articling Student-at-Law; became an Associate in June 2008; and became a Partner in 2016.
