Scott's practice is focused primarily on the area of labour and employment law and business law.
Scott’s practice is focused primarily on the area of labour and employment law, providing advice on employment and labour relations matters, terminations, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before labour boards and human rights tribunals.
While continuing to provide advice in those areas, Scott also manages the TDS offices in Morden and Winkler; acts an a workplace investigator; provides advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law and real estate; and serves as a local access point for clients who require any specialized services and advice available in the TDS Winnipeg office.
Scott spent the summer of 2006 as a summer student with TDS. He returned in the spring of 2007 as an Articling Student-at-Law; became an Associate in June 2008; and became a Partner in 2016.
