Stéphanie is a partner at TDS with a general corporate and commercial practice, with an emphasis on business acquisitions and commercial leasing.
Stéphanie practices in TDS’ corporate and commercial law group, with an emphasis on three main practice areas:
Stéphanie has also advised regulated professionals on professional incorporation and matters of regulatory compliance. She also has experience advising start-up companies and businesses, in a wide range of industries, on general corporate and commercial matters.
Stéphanie spent the summers of 2008 and 2009 as a summer student with TDS. She returned in 2010 as an Articling Student-at-Law and became an Associate in June 2011. She became a Partner at TDS in 2019.
Stéphanie was the Chair of the Student / Recruitment Committee at TDS from 2021 – 2024. She is fully fluent in French and English. She is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She is a current member of the Board of Directors of The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.
