In sync with TDS’ commitment to delivering the best possible service, Trevor and the Systems Operations group’s focus is in providing reliable access to information systems. Trevor is responsible for maintaining the availability of computer systems, resources and key business applications, in conjunction with overseeing systems support. Trevor’s primary tasks include ensuring systems security, performance optimization, implementing new technologies and solutions, and backup and fault tolerance. The Systems Operations group prides itself in being responsive to the needs of the firm, and ultimately, our clients.
