Victoria is the Director of Operations for Christianson TDS in Portage la Prairie and its branch offices in Neepawa, Gladstone, and MacGregor. With a wealth of experience in change management, business operations and strategic leadership, Victoria oversees all aspects of our firm’s operations.
Victoria’s background is enriched with a history of community-focused leadership, having previously served as the Executive Director of one of the largest non-profit organizations in Portage la Prairie, where she spearheaded community development and safety initiatives. In this role, she handled diverse responsibilities, including HR management, financial oversight, project leadership, and government collaboration.
Beyond her professional commitments, Victoria remains actively engaged in the local community, currently holding the role of Treasurer on the Family Resource Centre Board of Directors. Victoria has also held past positions with various community initiatives such as the Wawokiya Systems Leadership Table, Portage Urban Indigenous Peoples Coalition, and Portage la Prairie Local Immigration Partnership. Victoria is not just a leader within the firm but also a dedicated advocate for community well-being.
