International Women's Day is a global day that celebrates women's social, economic, cultural and political achievements. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. There has already been significant activity worldwide, as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality.

The International Women's Day 2021 campaign theme is #ChooseToChallenge.

challenging world is an alert world. Individually, we are all responsible for our thoughts and actionsWe can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality—we can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge.

TDS is fortunate to have such a strong group of women who are leading the profession and our firm'management, business development, recruitment, client relationships, marketing, accounting, and human resources, just to a name a few key areas.

Many of our most dedicated mentors are women, and they play key roles in the ongoing and continued development of our next generation of young talented lawyers.

TDS currently has women in the following leadership roles:

  • Chair of the Management Committee

  • Chair of the Student Committee

  • Chair of the Business Development Committee

  • Chair of the Equity and Accountability Council

  • Chair of the Business Law Practice Group
