- Jim Edmond, a partner with TDS has been appointed the Chair of the Lex Mundi Insurance/Reinsurance Practice Group.
- Douglas Forbes, a partner with TDS has been appointed the Regional Vice Chair (North America) of the Lex Mundi Cross-Border Transactions Practice Group
- Jan Lederman, a partner with TDS has been appointed Regional Vice Chair (North America) of the Lex Mundi Corporate Organizations and Securities Practice Group.
